| Not quite the nucleus of civilisation! The Griffins return in FAMILY GUY. Images: FOX. |
A new robot, a visit from Tom Cruise, a chance to star in a peanut butter commercial, and a massive dose of chaos-bringing Hyperactivity Disorder. Just four of the many notable incidents coming to the latest (fourteenth) season of FAMILY GUY, as the comedic escapades of the Griffins arrive at their new UK home on the ITV2 channel from tonight, Monday 29th February, 2016. And those above mentioned highlights? Well, they're all just Stewie's, though the always gross-out Peter looks equally set to corner the majority of this season with his own "adventures": deciding to make a horror film, ending up at war over a new cooking show with sex-mad Quagmire, almost taking a neighbourhood to the brink over an accidental shooting, and travelling to the deepest realms of Africa with his father-in-law to get back their stolen money from an e-mail scam!

It may have have a had a few bumps-in-the road episode-wise these past few seasons, but FAMILY GUY's satirical OTT edge on the all-American way of life continues tickling the funny bone. It used to be art imitating life, but as Donald Trump makes his own anarchic bid for Presidency, the pendulum seems to be swinging the other way!
